1. Product Introduction
Potassium fulvate instant powder is typically made from lignite, which is high in natural fulvic acid. This raw material is crushed and mixed with a potassium hydroxide solution of a desired concentration. After the reaction, the mixture is centrifuged to remove the residue (which can be used to make extruded granules). The resulting potassium fulvate stock solution is then passed through a triple-effect evaporator to the desired production concentration. The solution is then fed into a spray dryer, where a natural centrifugal spray atomizes the solution into fine droplets. Contact with the hot air within the spray dryer instantly evaporates the water, resulting in potassium fulvate instant powder. This product is evenly heated, requiring less drying time. Compared to potassium fulvate flakes and standard potassium fulvate powder, it retains a higher concentration of active ingredients. Its small, uniform particle size and high dissolution rate make it ideal for producing water-soluble fertilizers, ensuring uniform dyeing and a superior appearance.

Potassium fulvate instant powder has the following main functions:
(1) Improve soil and enhance fertility
Promote the formation of soil aggregate structure, enhance water and fertilizer retention capacity, alleviate soil compaction and salinization; activate soil microbial activity (such as bacteria, actinomycetes), and improve soil nutrient conversion rate.
(2) Promote root growth and seedling growth, enhance stress resistance
Stimulate crop root system (main root elongation, lateral root germination), improve the root system's ability to absorb water and nutrients; enhance crop resistance to cold, drought, disease and pests (by regulating the crop's own physiological metabolism).
(3) Improve nutrient absorption and utilization
Chelate insoluble nutrients in the soil (such as calcium, magnesium, iron and other trace elements) to promote crop absorption; used in combination with chemical fertilizers, it can reduce fertilizer loss and increase utilization rate by 15%-30%. (4) Improve crop quality and yield
Promote crop flowering and fruiting, increase fruit sweetness and color (e.g., increase the sugar content of fruits and vegetables by 1-2 degrees); reduce fruit deformities, extend shelf life, and generally increase yield by 10%-20%.
3. Usage method
(1) Foliar spraying
Dilution concentration: 1000-1500 times (i.e. 1g product diluted with 1-1.5kg water);
Dosage: 750-1200g product per hectare each time, diluted with 750-1500kg water;
Period: Spray once at the seedling stage, jointing stage, and booting stage, with an interval of 10-15 days.
Note: When spraying on the leaves, avoid the fruit setting period of the crop to prevent the liquid from directly contacting the fruit surface and causing fruit staining.
(2) Flush/drip irrigation
Dosage: 1.5-3kg per hectare each time, mixed with water and applied with irrigation;
Period: 1 time each at the seedling stage and growth stage, avoid application during the peak flowering period of the crop.
(3) Seed dressing/seed soaking
Seed soaking: dilute 500 times the solution, soak the seeds for 4-6 hours, and then sow to improve the germination rate;
Seed dressing: Use 2-3g of the product per 1kg of seeds, mix well with the seeds, and sow.
4. Precautions
1. Best application time is before 9:00 AM or after 4:00 PM on a sunny day. Avoid spraying under high temperatures and strong sunlight (as this can cause evaporation and ineffectiveness).
2. Can be mixed with most pesticides and fertilizers (except those with strong acids and bases). A small-scale test mix is recommended before mixing.
3. Store tightly sealed in a dry, cool place to prevent moisture absorption and clumping. (Agglomerations do not affect the product's effectiveness and can be crushed for normal use.)
